Nestor Osvaldo Ponce has been a professional freelance photographer for over three decades. In that time, he has covered everything from sports events to hard news stories and celebrities. His work has appeared in magazines, newspapers and news agencies from all around the world including BID/IDB, People, Canadian Press, the National Post, Argentina’s Telam news agency, Italy’s Milan Press news agency, France’s Gamma Press news agency, Australia’s Who Weekly and Reuters, EFE News Serivces, to name just a handful. His most memorable assignments were covering the 1998 riots in Chile and the aftermath of the Sept. 11, G-8 and G20 Summit and riots, terrorist attacks in New York. Born in Argentina, Nestor moved to Canada in 1989 also speaks English and Spanish
